Job Description:
Are you a passionate nutritionist with a talent for creating engaging content and a knack for sales? Do you have a deep understanding of dietary supplements, superfoods, and natural beauty products? If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Content Creator/Sales Nutritionist.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
• Develop informative and engaging content related to dietary supplements, superfoods, natural beauty products, and overall health and wellness.
• Create written content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and marketing materials, that educates and inspires our customers.
• Produce compelling visuals, including images, infographics, and videos, to enhance content and engage our audience on social media and our website.

2. Nutrition Consultation:
• Provide expert nutritional advice and guidance to customers, helping them make informed choices regarding product selection.
• Conduct nutritional consultations and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

3. Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Actively engage with customers in-store and online, answering questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Promote and sell our products by effectively communicating their benefits and features.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products to meet customer needs.

4. Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and research to create content that reflects the latest developments in health and nutrition.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Certified Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in content creation, particularly in the health and wellness industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of dietary supplements, superfoods, and natural beauty products.
• Sales experience and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using content creation tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and well-being.

Job Vacancy: Accounts Clerk / Admin Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounts Clerk / Personal Assistant / Admin Officer Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the smooth running of our operations and is ideal for a self-driven individual who excels at multitasking and paying attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Reconciliation: Monitor, record, and reconcile inventory to ensure accuracy and support stock management processes.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Track, verify, and reconcile financial transactions between bank statements and company records.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for financial documents, reports, and administrative files.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, correspondence management, and office coordination.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reconciliation reports and summaries for management review.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in networking, CCTV systems, computer hardware/software troubleshooting, and a keen interest in gaming technology. You will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting staff with day-to-day technical needs, and driving initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for the following areas:

1. IT Systems & Network Administration

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Manage and troubleshoot networking and security systems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).

Monitor and maintain CCTV and security surveillance systems to ensure consistent uptime and reliability.

Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data and digital assets.

2. Gaming & Entertainment Systems

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot gaming consoles (PS5/PS4 preferred) and related accessories.

Ensure seamless operation of gaming systems, updates, and network integrations for customer-facing or in-house gaming needs.

3. Digital Media & Content Support

Provide graphic design and social media support for marketing and communications (e.g., flyers, banners, video editing, simple edits). Assist with content creation and digital media management for internal and external platforms.

4. Collaboration & ERP Systems

Support teleconferencing and collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

Assist in the administration and learning of ERP systems, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth usage by staff. Provide first-line support for office productivity software (MS Office, QuickBooks, Excel).

5. Technical Support

Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Maintain a detailed log of IT assets, repairs, maintenance schedules, and software licenses.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in networking, CCTV systems, IT troubleshooting, and computer repairs.
  • Familiarity with gaming consoles (PS5/PS4 preferred) is a must.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and social media literacy.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to protect networks and data.
  • Basic accounting software experience (QuickBooks/Excel) is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
